Study Shows Screen Time Doesn't Have Big Effect On Sleeping

Description

Research shows that children using electronic devices doesn’t significantly impact their quality of sleep. According to UPI, researchers at Oxford University collected data from the United States’ 2016 National Survey of Children’s Health. In the study parents self-reported on themselves, their children and their households. The study showed that every hour of screen time was related to 3 to 8 minutes less of sleep.
