DR Congo: Clashes erupt after campaigning suspended in Kinshasa

In tonight's edition: DR Congo, campaigning has been banned in Kinshasa ahead of Sunday's Presidential vote this after a day of tensions in the Congolese capital. Madagascar goes to the polls in the second round voting for a new President, but turnout is down since the first round at less than half of registered voters, this according to election observers.
