A major household development could reach consensus stage, with high approval ratings. Whatever you have in mind may be fully supported. Virgo 24 August - 23 September If the past weeks, and indeed months, have been busier than usual, this phase is likely to continue for some while yet Virgo. You may feel an urge to ramp-up your exercise routine, even if only in a gentle way. Scorpio 24 October - 22 November Jupiter’s ongoing tie with dreamy Neptune in your leisure sector, could see you tapping into your creative side, and enjoying the chance to indulge a hobby or learn an artistic skill. It is also possible that a developing romantic bond can step up a notch Scorpio. Sagittarius 23 November - 21 December If you’ve been thinking about improvements to your home, then the coming days can see you putting energy into it by working out the best deals for materials, and creating a sound plan. At the same time, deeper emotions may be stirred relating to a personal issue. If you decide to go ahead, then this lunar tie can act as a gear change that takes things to the next level Aquarius, and that provides momentum. Pisces 20 February - 20 March Perhaps you feel you should ignore a mistake or comment made by a friend. But if it’s causing resentment, then maybe it’s best to acknowledge this. • Tibet, a mythical region of the world that continues to dazzle

Lhasa, Nov 2 (EFE).- Excavators, highways, tunnels and modern apartment towers have replaced the herding of yaks and the restful prayer of the monks in Tibet.(Camera: JAVIER GARCIA)SHOT LIST: B-ROLL OF LHASA, TIBET.SOUNDBITES:1. SHI DAN, AMBULATORY-SPA DOCTOR AT THE CAI QU TANG VILLAGE REHOUSING CENTER:"This disease is very difficult to cure once it starts. Our treatment reduces pain and improves their condition so that they can live normally on their own."2. BA CHENG, DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE QING DUI LONG DISTRICT SCHOOL IN LHASA:"Only Tibetan language classes are in Tibetan, the rest of the subjects are taught in Chinese except English language. When the students do not understand, sometimes the teachers explain in Tibetan to help them understand. The teachers are bilingual."3. RU SEN YEN, SHEPHERD WHO IS NOW A MANAGER OF THE SMALL HOTEL THAT HAS BEEN BUILT IN HIS HOUSE."Before the relocation I was a shepherd, when we arrived here the government offered policies to subsidize the renovation of the second floor of the house to turn it into a hotel and we took advantage of them. We set up six rooms with two beds on the second floor, 40 percent of the proceeds are for us. "4. LI WENQIONG, MAXIMUM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CENTER:"We never force students to learn any subject or to choose a profession. When they enter they can freely choose what they want to learn and then the job in which they want to be employed. That information is complete nonsense."
