KFC KFC announced Monday that it's bringing back its fried chicken-scented fireplace log for the third year in a row. Customers can purchase a log for $15.88 on Walmart's website and at select store locations. KFC is known for its wacky marketing tactics and unusual products. With the holiday season fast approaching, KFC is bringing back its chicken-scented firelog for the third year running. The KFC 11 Herbs & Spices Firelog — developed in partnership with Enviro-Log — is now available for purchase, the chain announced Monday.
A rare four-legged chicken was born on March 14, on a farm near Brazil's Acre region. The 10 day old chick could be seen roaming around the barn on all fours, so to speak, among many two-legged brothers and sisters. Farm owner Dienes Lima said that he was worried the chicken would die within hours of birth because of its abnormality. Lima stresses that he will take care of chick and it will be a mascot for the farm.

The new device is capable of analysing a customers’s facial features, and makes use of traits such as age, gender and facial expression to determine what each person should be eating at any given time. Even though the ability of artificial intelligence to detect behavioural traits using physical variables, called physiognomy, has not yet been developed to be completely effective, KFC China's pioneering use of facial recognition technology is certainly going to change customer experience and may even change how we think about fast food in general.
McDonald's is rolling out a new chicken sandwich across the US in early 2021. The fast-food giant has been working on a revamped chicken sandwich over the last year. According to Business Insider McDonald's have allegedly been testing multiple sandwiches. McDonald's new sandwich aims to compete with Popeyes and Chick-fil-A in the chicken sandwich wars. Last year's Popeye's launched a supremely successful chicken sandwich. Chick-fil-A's continuing success has proved that a high-quality chicken sandwich can drive sales.
If you've seen the hit TV show Breaking Bad, you might know that the fictional restaurant Los Pollos Hermanos is fast food chicken joint where crystal meth cookers played by Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul launder money. Hundreds of people lined up to get the Breaking Bad experience when Los Pollos Hermanos opened up in New York City for real. The opening took place ahead of the release of the third series of Breaking Bad spin-off Better Call Saul and served to reveal that the restaurant would also feature in the new series. Los Pollos Hermanos, meaning "The Chicken Brothers" in Spanish, specialises in fried chicken. In the show, the restaurant was used a cover for illegal activities and money laundering, but you can bet that the real life version will be clean as a whistle. If you loved Breaking Bad and want to try an authentic Los Pollos Hermanos experience for yourself, you might have to make the trip to New York City.
