Bangkok, Mar 19 (EFE/EPA).- Six associations of journalists in Thailand denounced on Sunday the violence exerted by the Police against several reporters who covered last night's mostly peaceful protest calling for monarchical and democratic reform.The group indicated that several journalists were injured as a result of the action of the riot police, who used tear gas and rubber bullets to disperse the protesters, mostly young university students. At least 3 local reporters, identified themselves as journalists with a white armband, were hit by rubber bullets, said Sunai Phasuk, senior researcher at Human Rights Watch (HRW).
