La chambre commerciale du tribunal de grande instance de Mulhouse examinait, ce mercredi 11 juillet, les offres de reprise des 13 boulangeries Wilson placées depuis le 6 décembre dernier en redressement judiciaire.Après l’audition de l’actuel gérant Léon Williams Griguer, la cour devait entendre Sébastien Vaille, boulanger bas-rhinois candidat au rachat du magasin Austerlitz à Strasbourg, puis le porteur du projet Newbakery, Frédéric Charruault. Le patron du groupe de magasins franchisés BK, Kamel Boulhadid, allié au fondateur historique de Wilson, Patrick Riclin, défendait son dossier en dernier. Ces deux derniers sont entrés dans la salle d’audience sous les applaudissements d’une trentaine de salariés. Mais c'est le projet concurrent qui a été retenu, provoquant l'incompréhension des salariés. La boulangerie strasbourgeoise est quant à elle reprise par Sébastien Vaille.
