Rouen residents demand more tests over health risks after chemical plant fire

Residents of Rouen took to the streets again last night demanding the truth about a major fire two weeks ago at the Lubrizol chemical factory just outside the city. Authorities have launched an official inquiry into the fire, which also burnt the warehouses of another company nearby with alarm bells ringing over what products exactly were stocked there. Emerald Maxwell explains.
