Cannes inhabitants count cost of heavy rains, flooding in south-eastern France

Inhabitants in the Floribondas district of Cannes wake up to flooded houses, cars carried off by the current and swimming pools full of mud and branches after heavy rain caused havoc in the south-eastern French city. Several cities and departments in the region have been affected over the past 10 days, causing 12 fatalities. IMAGES
