As one successful era ends, another is just beginning in the heart of the 2020 Nissan Frontier.At a media reception tonight, Nissan revealed the 2020 Frontier which features an all-new, powerful 3.8-liter direct injection V6 engine and all-new 9-speed automatic transmission – both of which will be key elements in the next-generation, all-new Frontier coming soon.The 2020 Frontier, which marks the last model year of the current generation, will feature best-in-class horsepower1 while also providing improved fuel economy and emissions performance. The Urban Dictionary defines "kicking it" as "chilling out or relaxing." The term might need to be reconsidered when applied to the aggressive look and performance of the Nissan Kicks Street Sport. Starting with a bone stock Nissan Kicks compact crossover, the team at MA Motorsports worked with Nissan Motorsports to cross many lines of conformity in bringing this ultimate Kicks to life.The Kicks' body was dramatically transformed using Kicks Color Studio touches and custom pieces from 360 Composites - including an oversize front air dam, rear roof spoiler and side skirts. MA Motorsports fabricated the wide fender flares at each corner to perfectly fit the Volk Racing TE37V 17x8.5 +30 offset wheels mounted with Falken Azenis RT615K +245/45R17 tires. To help give the Nissan Kicks Street Sport the right stance and name-worthy handling, a custom suspension was constructed using a combination of NISMO/Ohlins coil-over shock absorbers.Next, the MA Motorsports team turned its attention to kicking up the stock 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine, fabricating and installing a custom turbocharger kit. The new system utilizes a Garrett GT2255 turbocharger, Turbosmart diverter valve and UPREV ECU. A custom fabricated NISMO exhaust helps the engine breathe.Sparco SPX carbon bucket seats anchor the custom interior upholstery. Topping off the Kicks Street Sport project is an attention grabbing body wrap and graphics created by Speed Designs.

Key additions for 2020 include: Nissan Safety Shield 360 now standard on all models: Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Rear Automatic Braking, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Blind Spot Warning Lane Departure Warning and High Beam Assist Additional standard features on all models include Intelligent Forward Collision Warning, Intelligent Lane Intervention and Blind Spot Intervention Standard 8-inch color touchscreen display on all 40 kWh LEAF grades LEAF S features standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Driver and front passenger knee supplemental air bags, rear seat-mounted outboard side-impact supplemental air bags added to all models Intelligent Around View Monitor and Intelligent Driver Alertness added to SV Technology Package New Sunset Drift ChromaFlair premium color (late availability)The 2020 LEAF also comes with a new sound – the car’s two pedestrian safety sounds receive updates in tone and volume. For the U.S. market, LEAF uses a new tone known as "Canto" (derived from the Latin verb for "I sing") for forward movement under 18.6 mph and a pulsing chime when reversing. The vehicle volume was updated to meet updated U.S. electric vehicle regulations that go into effect Sept. 1, 2020. To make the sounds more apparent, an additional speaker was added inside the engine compartment.
The 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport receives a fresh new front end appearance for the 2020 model year, along with redesigned rear tail lamps, revised trim level and option package content. Set for sale in fall 2019, the 2020 Rogue Sport expands on the long list of enhancements for the 2019 model year - which included the addition of available ProPILOT Assist, Nissan Safety Shield 360 technology, updated audio system with standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and available Bose Audio System with nine speakers.Most prominent among the 2020 Rogue Sport refinements is the new exterior design that offers a more technical feel - helping provide a greater separation from its Nissan Rogue stable mate. The new front fascia features a new hood, Vmotion grille and bumper. The aggressive lighting treatment includes LED signature Daytime Running Lights.In the rear, a new combination light design matches the more dynamic look of the front end. A new 19-inch aluminum-alloy wheel design and two new colors, Nitro Lime Metallic and Monarch Orange Metallic, complete the exterior makeover.The advanced Nissan Safety Shield 360, currently offered on SV and SL grades, will become standard on all 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport models including the base S grade. Part of the Nissan Intelligent Mobility strategy, Safety Shield 360 includes Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Rear Automatic Braking, Lane Departure Warning (LDW), radar-based Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) and High Beam Assist (HBA).The innovative Rear Door Alert system will continue to be offered as part of Nissan Rogue Sport's long list of standard features. In addition, ProPILOT Assist will again be available in 2020. ProPILOT Assist is a single-lane "hands-on" driving assistance technology that eases driver workload by reducing the amount of driver acceleration, steering and braking input under certain driving conditions, such as single-lane highway driving.The 2020 Rogue Sport will be offered in front-wheel and Intelligent All-Wheel Drive configurations, and in three well-equipped grade levels - S, SV and SL. It will again be powered by a combination of a 141-horsepower 2.0-liter DOHC 16-valve inline 4-cylinder engine and Xtronic transmission with Eco Mode switch.
