Hong Kong, Dec 7 (EFE/EPA).- Businesses in Hong Kong continued to be affected by the ongoing pro-democracy protests, with various shops temporarily ceasing its operations, including the stores of Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi, due to the damages caused to its properties.Hong Kong is in its sixth month of mass protests, which were originally triggered by a now withdrawn extradition bill, and have since turned into a wider pro-democracy movement.
