France's transport strike seems to be running out of steam with Gare de l'Est in Paris almost back to normal this morning, despite another day of planned demonstrations across the capital. IMAGES
Hundreds of people find themselves stranded at Saint-Lazare station as they wait for a metro on the 33rd day of the public transport strike. In light of the jam, state-owned transport operator RATP closed one of the station entrances. IMAGES
Saint-Lazare station in central Paris was packed with passengers this morning as commuters head back to work after the holidays. Trains were particularly packed as normal service is yet to resume due to the ongoing transport strike over the government's pension reform plans. IMAGES
