Spain's Sanchez surveys Storm Gloria damage in Catalan region

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez says he is in "shock" after flying over Catalonia to look at the damage Storm Gloria left in its wake, inviting people to "make a reflection" about climate change.
