Honduras Public Order Military Police (PMOP) display weapons seized at the "Francisco Morazan" national penitentiary in Tamara. Arrested in South Africa, Fulgence Kayishema, one of four remaining fugitives sought for their role in the 1994 Rwanda genocide, is set to appear in Cape Town Magistrate’s Court.
