For the second day in succession City of Paris refuse collectors are on a "renewable and indefinite" strike. To protest the attribution of contracts to private refuse collection companies they throw thousands of leaflets from the roof of the Department of sanitation and water. They demanded in particular the "remunicipalisation" of the missions entrusted to private companies and the improvement of their working conditions. IMAGES
