US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says that a deal for a ceasefire in Gaza and release of remaining hostages by Hamas is near the "goal line." Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk hold a minute of silence at a joint press conference in Warsaw for the victims of Monday's deadly barrage of Russian strikes.
