Philippe Claudel est le président de Livres dans la Boucle 2018. L'écrivain nancéien, membre de l'Académie Goncourt, répond à deux questions : pourquoi il a une affection particulière pour Besançon et pourquoi son dernier roman "L'Archipel du chien" nous renvoie à nos propres lâchetés vis-à-vis des destins, souvent tragiques, que vivent les migrants.
