À Albestroff existe une structure accueillant des personnes en situation de handicap moteur et psychique, appelée l’EPSMS (Établissement public social et médico-social) du Saulnois. Celle-ci vient de présenter un projet de complexe moderne de 79 hébergements pour ces pensionnaires, construit par le bailleur social Moselis qui louera ensuite à l’EPSMS. L’occasion pour le président de Moselis, Claude Bitte, d’évoquer ce projet.
