Russian state media journalist, Kirill Vyshinsky, had his detention extended for two months by a Kiev court, despite Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky offering to hand him back to Moscow in exchange for Ukrainian film director Oleg Sentsov in prison in a Russian Arctic penal colony.
