UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres expresses serious concern over reports that Israel is using artificial intelligence to identify targets in Gaza. Guterres tells reporters that he is "deeply troubled by reports that the Israeli military's bombing campaign includes Artificial Intelligence as a tool in the identification of targets, particularly in densely populated residential areas, resulting in a high level of civilian casualties." The White House says it is "seriously concerned" about reports that a Palestinian teenager with dual US citizenship has been killed by Israeli fire in the occupied West Bank. "We're seriously concerned about these reports.
