South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham has been a staunch ally of President Donald Trump over the years. He's also inserted himself into the Georgia state election process, in an effort to investigate possible voter fraud. Nevertheless, Graham said on Wednesday said that President-elect Joe Biden should begin receiving intelligence briefings. To date, Biden has not received any briefings, as Trump refuses to concede and the GSA has refused to issue the necessary letter of ascertainment. Business Insider reports Graham has backed Trump's legal efforts, despite there being no evidence of widespread voter fraud.

"We're focussed on counting every single ballot," Michigan's Secretary of State says, as she criticizes the state legislature for failing to update election laws that would have allowed for pre-processing of ballots like other states, resulting in a delay in reporting the results. Michigan remains one of the uncalled states in the presidential election between President Donald Trump and his Democratic challenger Joe Biden. SOUNDBITE
Absentee ballot counting in Georgia was delayed by four hours on Tuesday. The delay was caused by a water pipe that burst inside State Farm Arena, flooding the facility. According to Business Insider, officials have confirmed none of the ballots were damaged in the flood. Georgia is considered a critical swing state that experts say President Trump will need to take this year to win the election. An elections board official said he doesn't think the results will be counted and ready for release until Friday.
