Thirty-five military officers were conveyed to a courthouse in Istanbul, Sunday, to face charges related to allegations they took part in the recent anti-government coup attempt. The soldiers had been in custody in the police headquarters in the city. At least 265 people were killed, many of them civilians, and over 1,500 injured in the coup attempt.
