Japan: Authorities re-install Olympic Rings in Tokyo Bay

Authorities re-install a floating monument of the five Olympic rings off the shore of Odaiba Marine Park in Tokyo, Japan. The set of giant Olympic rings, weighing 69 tons and measuring 15 by 32 metres, was towed away for maintenance in August. IMAGES
