Police detain Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalni

Khimki (Russia), Jan 18 (EFE/EPA), (Camera: Sergei Ilnitsky).- One of the lawyers for Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalni denounced on Monday that police will not allow access to his client, who was arrested Sunday night as soon as he arrived in Moscow on a flight from Berlin. Navalni was returning to Russia after almost five months of medical treatment and rehabilitation in Germany due to a poisoning attempt which he was victim of in Siberia and for which he holds Russian President Vladimir Putin directly responsible.
