Jerusalem, Dec 5 (EFE/EPA).- Thousands of Israelis demonstrated Saturday in Jerusalem and called for the resignation of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during weekly protests that have been taking place for six months and that coincided Saturday with an internal crisis of the government which could be dissolved in the next few weeks. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu faces an on going trial with indictments filed against him by the State Attorney's Office on charges of fraud, bribery and breach of trust. An Amendment to the Coronavirus law is on the floor of the Knesset plenum which, if passed, would limit the anti-Netanyahu protesters to those who live within a Kilometer from his official residence in Jerusalem during lockdown.
