Remains of Ivorian MINUSMA soldiers arrive in Ivory Coast

Abidjan, Jan 21 (EFE/EPA).- Remains of four Ivorian peacekeepers of the United Nations Mission in Mali (MINUSMA), who died in an attack by unidentified armed men, arrived in Ivory Coast for the repatriation ceremony Friday.     The trial resumes in Mali of the 46 Ivorian troops whose detention has sparked a diplomatic row between both countries. They arrive for their trial in the capital Bamako ahead of a January 1 deadline set by West African leaders for Mali to release the soldiers or face sanctions. Originally 49 had been held after they arrived at Bamako airport on July 10. Three, all women, were later freed.
