Matamoros, Feb 19 (EFE).- Migrants stranded in the Mexican border city of Matamoros waited Friday amid joy and confusion for the reopening of asylum cases by the United States after Democrat Joe Biden took the office as the new US president.Many of the migrants, who have been waiting for a court date for months, saw with uncertainty how a website, managed by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), to collect their data remained inactive for hours.Despite the initial problems, it began to function normally hours later.
