Panama City, Jun 2 (EFE).- Artists and citizens on Wednesday placed two clay statues simulating defiant children in front of the Parliament in Panama City to honor the minors who were abused in shelters.Protesters and artists denounce the abuse of minors in shelters, which was uncovered in a 700-page parliamentary report.The scandal broke out last February, when a parliamentary subcommittee presented a report detailing that minors in at least 14 shelters have been sexually and psychologically abused since 2015.
