Kosovan parliamentary elections seeing slow turnout

Pristina (Kosovo), Feb 14 (EFE / EPA), (Camera: Valdrin Xhemaj).-Parliamentary elections in Kosovo are seeing a slow turnout on Sunday. According to the Central Electoral Commission, at 10.00 GMT only 8.3% of the 1.8 million Kosovars eligible to vote had cast their ballots.FOOTAGE OF POLLING STATIONS IN PRISTINA, KOSOVO.
