Jordan starts Covid-19 vaccination at Zaatari camp

Amman, Feb 15 (EFE), (Camera: Mohammed Ali).-Jordan on Monday started vaccinating Syrian refugees living in the Zaatari camp, becoming one of the first countries in the world to include refugees in its coronavirus vaccine rollout, the UN refugee agency UNHCR said on Monday.Lilly Carlisle, the spokesperson of the UNHCR in Jordan, told Efe that the Jordanian Health Ministry opened a vaccination center inside the refugee camp.This is "the first anti-coronavirus vaccination center to be opened at a refugee camp in the world," said CarlisleFOOTAGE OF THE ZAATARI CAMP.
