Biden says 'optimistic'at least 300 million people will be vaccinated before summer

US President Joe Biden says he's "optimistic" at least 300 million people will be vaccinated before the summer, speaking during a virtual tour of the first 24/7 coronavirus vaccination site in Arizona. More than 460,000 have died in the US from the coronavirus, making it the worst-affected country in the world.
