Coronavirus pandemic: France's Macron mulls new lockdown 1 year after first

France's government will have to decide in the next few days if a fresh lockdown is needed to curb the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic, French President Emmanuel Macron said on Monday. FRANCE 24's International Affairs Editor Philip Turle tells us more.
