Uruguay continues to promote 'responsible freedom' to combat Covid-19

Montevideo, Mar 16 (EFE/EPA).- The Government of Uruguay will not apply drastic measures regarding the reduction in mobility to combat the spread of Covid-19, and will continue with "responsible freedom" policy, which lifts many restrictions and appeals to individual responsibility, President Luis Lacalle Pou said Tuesday.
