Voters cast their ballots at a polling station in Russian-controlled Crimea, as the three-day presidential election kicks off. Early voting got underway in occupied territories of Ukraine, and the vote will also take place in Crimea, the peninsula annexed by Moscow in 2014 -- a move that most of the international community has refused to recognise. Members of the Russian Investigative Committee work at the site of an explosion on Crimean bridge. Russia says two drones hit the bridge in the early hours of Monday and blames "the Kyiv regime."
