Tensions in the Middle East are escalating after officials say Israeli forces shot a Palestinian in Gaza while Palestinians blame Israeli settlers for burning their home in the West Bank. Nathan Frandino reports.

Explosions are heard as plumes of smoke rise over Jabalia, in northern Gaza.
