Spain advocates in Kazakhstan for deepening trade and investment ties

Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan), May 14 (EFE) .- (Camera: Kulpash Konírova) Spain on Friday advocated for deepening relations with Kazakhstan, especially economic, commercial and investment, such as the export of food and agricultural products, the renewable energies and infrastructures.FOOTAGE OF THE SPANISH SECRETARY OF STATE FOR DOREIGN AFFAIRS, CRISTINA GALLACH.SOUNDBITES OF GALLACHTRANSLATIONSpain and Kazakhstan have had a very deep strategic relationship for years, ranging from cooperation at the investment level, the presence of important companies in the country, trade and a solid political relationship. The pandemic has meant that we have not been able to develop an agreement for direct flights, the agreement is signed but it has not been possible to apply, we are working to resume it. Now is the time to balance the relationship, so that there is more Spanish investment, more balanced trade between both countries and that is why we are looking at new sectors that after the pandemic will have a more relevant role
