Greece has kicked off its tourist season with some 40 international flights expected to arrive in the country this Friday, with the government and travel operators hoping the sun, sand and sea mix will bring in a solid revenue boost after 2020’s troubled season. Greek hotels are reopening and international flights will resume on June 15, with passengers from 'high-risk areas' subject to coronavirus testing and quarantine rules.
