    Cochabamba / Santa Cruz / La Paz, Oct 11 (EFE).- Bolivia's civic movements called for a national strike Monday to demand that the Government annul the draft bill against the legitimization of illicit profits and financing of terrorism, amid blockades and clashes between protesters, police forces and supporters of the Movement to Socialism (MAS). The main demonstrations were centered in Santa Cruz, the most populous city and the stronghold of the opposition, together with La Paz and Cochabamba, while other smaller protests also took place in cities such as Oruro, Potosí, Tarija and Sucre, the capital of Bolivia.     A federal judge has ruled 114,000 homeless students in New York City are to have their day in court. Business Insider reports a judge has allowed a class-action lawsuit to advance to expedite the roll-out of WiFi to homeless shelters across the city. The suit was filed when homeless students were unable to access the internet in homeless shelters during periods of remote learning this year. Business Insider reports the city provided students with iPads with unlimited cellular data, but many have had trouble getting proper cell service. US District Judge Alison Nathan wrote in her opinion that homeless students are deprived of their right to education without internet connectivity.
