Tbilisi, Apr 9 (EFE / EPA), (Camera: Zurab Kurtsikidze).- On April 9, 1989, the Soviet army brutally dispersed a large demonstration in favour of independence on Rustaveli Avenue, in the heart of Tbilisi.
