Hundreds of protesters gather in the evening outside Brooklyn Center's police station, in the suburbs of Minneapolis, despite a curfew imposed after a police officer fatally shot Daunte Wright. The killing of this 20-year-old Black man fueled tensions in the US city already on edge because of the George Floyd murder trial. IMAGES
Dozens of protesters marched through the streets of Charlotte on Sunday, for the sixth day running following the fatal police shooting of a 43-year-old black man named Keith Lamont Scott. The National Guards as well as police were deployed to secure the area, including a helicopter, riot police on buses, as well as officers on bicycles and golf cars. At least one person was arrested during the peaceful protest and activists were forced to march on the sidewalk as they made their way to the city centre.
