US 'increasingly concerned' by Russian troop build-up on Ukraine border: W.House

The United States is "increasingly" worried by Russia's troop build-up on the Ukrainian border and about fighting between Moscow-backed separatists and Ukrainian troops, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki tells reporters.
