Moscow (Russia), Apr 19 (EFE / EPA) .- (Camera: Yuri Kochetkov) The Czech Government is considering permanently reducing the Russian diplomatic personnel accredited to the Central European country after Moscow declared on Sunday "persona non grata" to twenty Czech officials in response to the expulsion of eighteen Russian diplomats accused of espionage.
