EU to discuss vaccine patents if US makes 'concrete' offer

The bloc is ready to discuss a US proposal of lifting patents on Covid-19 vaccines once a concrete proposal has been made, says the EU chief Charles Michel as EU leaders meet in Porto on the second day of an EU summit that will also feature a bilateral meeting between the EU and India. SOUNDBITE
