France pays tribute to former president Giscard d'Estaing

Paris (France), Dec 3 (EFE / EPA), (Camera: Ian Langsdon).- French flags flew at half-staff at the Grand Palais in Paris after the death of former French President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing on Wednesday at the age of 94.
