Kenya President imposes new Covid lockdown on Nairobi and nearby counties

Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta places Nairobi and several nearby counties under a partial lockdown to contain a deadly third wave of Covid-19. He declares the Counties of Nairobi, Kajiado, Machakos, Kiambu and Nakuru a collective 'disease infected area', as they acount for 70% of Kenya's reported cases. SOUNDBITE
