Rome, Feb 3 (EFE), (Camera: Álvaro Padilla).- Former president of the European Central Bank Mario Draghi on Wednesday accepted a request to form an "emergency" government in Italy after political negotiations to restore the executive of former prime minister Giuseppe Conte flopped.Italian president Sergio Mattarella took the decision to immediately confront the economic and health crisis brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic and to avoid snap elections.FOOTAGE OF THE QUIRINALE PALACE.
