Mexico City, Feb 3 (EFE).- Family and friends held Wednesday a candlelight vigil for a body of a missing man outside the headquarters of the Ministry of the Interior of Mexico, in protest over the lack of resources following the closure of a trust for relatives of victims of disappearance.
