Seoul, Mar 3 (EFE/EPA).- Dozens of South Korean activists gathered in downtown Seoul on Wednesday to protest the military coup and urge a halt to violence in Myanmar.Members of Korean civil society network supporting demcracy in Myanmar took part in a protest against the Myanmar military coup.The protesters demanded the withdrawal of Korean companies from investing in related projects with the Myanmar military. The Myanmar army justified the seizure of power on alleged electoral fraud in November’s general elections, in which international observers did not detect any rigging and in which the National League for Democracy, the party led by deposed leader Aung San Suu Kyi, won a landslide victory.
