Hamburg, Jan 31 (EFE/EPA).- The german airline Lufthansa on Sunday took off for the longest flight in its history with the Falkland islands as its destination.On its 13,700 kilometer long flight to Mount Pleasant military base on the Falklands, the plane carries a crew off for the German research ice breaker Polarstern of the Alfred Wegener institute (AWI).
