Blinken says US will return to nuclear deal if Iran complies with it


The United States will return to the Iran nuclear accord if Tehran "comes back into full compliance with its obligations" under the deal, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says in his first news conference at the State Department in Washington. SOUNDBITE
