Srinagar, Feb 4 (EFE/EPA).- The second phase of vaccination began on Thursday for security personnel across Jammu and Kashmir. One of the world's biggest nationwide COVID-19 vaccination drives was launched by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi that is aimed at inoculating 30 million people, beginning with frontline workers like Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) doctors, MBBS students and nurses.
